Give your emitters the pressure they’re rated for.
Most water mains and pumps push far more pressure than a drip emitter wants. This 40 PSI regulator knocks incoming pressure down to a steady 40 PSI — right in the Supertif’s happy band — so drippers don’t blow off their barbs and every emitter delivers its rated flow. It’s cheap insurance against uneven feed and popped fittings.
Size to your line: 3/4″ for room and lateral zones, 1″ for higher-flow feeds. Install downstream of your filter, upstream of the zone.
