WHY USE EDEN FOR CUSTOM PIPING?

Pumping nutrients directly into pipes, watering your plants, and flushing the system all at once is a dream- that’s come to life! Upgrade your nutrient delivery process and jump into 2022 fertigation techniques.

Keep costs down by keeping piping minimal, but efficient. Less is more when it comes to piping in cannabis cultivations. More pipe tends to lead to more problems down the line.

Calculate pipe volume to make sure your recipe reaches the plant and doesn’t sit in the pipes. This will also help when flushing out pipes to avoid buildup and pathogens.

For example: 100ft of 2inch pipe will hold approx. 16 gallons of water. This has enough volume to run 450 1gph emitters for 2 minutes, meaning your plants are not getting fresh water for the first 2 minutes of the feed.

Pipe sizing is crucial. Avoid costly issues down the line and reduce the possibility for biofilm and other pathogens. Work with the Eden Team to find out what size is right for your facility.

Give us a day or two to connect and schedule a time to talk to discuss the needs and goals of your facility. Our expert will go over your facility's blueprints to determine the most effective solution.

STEP 3

3D CONCEPT

After your deposit is recieved, our team will begin building out a 3D concept for piping including tanks, pumps, pipes, valves, solenoids, etc.

STEP 4

INSTALLATION

Once your 3D piping concept is solidified, you'll schedule a time for installation based on availability of the Eden Team. Or if you are having a local plumber pipe, the Eden team will provide renderings for execution.
