Every drip system needs filtration ahead of it. Emitter passages are small enough that a little sand, biofilm or scale flake will plug them, and clearing a plugged zone costs far more labor than filtering did. We carry Rivulis 120 mesh disc filters and Y-pattern screen filters, both easy to service in place.
